Gymnastics, parkour and acrobatics classes for kids, teens and adults

Coach-led classes in Floréal, Grand Baie and Roches Brunes. Your first session is free.

Trial sessions run in the last week of each month.

What the Academy is

Impulsion Academy is the teaching department of Impulsion. We teach people to move: to roll, swing, vault, balance and flip, one skill at a time.

Classes are grouped by age and level, so a first-timer and a regular each train with people at their own stage.

Gymnastics
Shapes, strength and control on the floor and on apparatus. Students move up through levels, starting from an entry level.
Ninja Parkour
Running, jumping, climbing and vaulting over obstacles. Ninja Kids from age 4 to 6, Ninja Parkour from age 7, then Parkour and Freerunning for advanced students.
Acrobatics
Handstands, balances and the skills that lead to flips, built on strength and body control.
Tumbling
Rolls, round-offs and flips, linked in sequence along the track.

The first session is an evaluation
The free trial doubles as an evaluation, so the coach can place you or your child in the right group.
Each discipline has levels
Students move up a level when their skills are ready for it.
Skills are evaluated during the year
Coaches evaluate each student at set points in the year, skill by skill.

A coach leads every class
Every session is led and supervised by an Impulsion coach.
Soft floors
Training happens on soft floors and mats.
One skill at a time
A new skill comes after the one before it is solid. Students attempt a skill when they are ready for it.

The first session is free. Choose a venue, tell us who is training and pick a day. It takes under 2 minutes.
